A new development takes shape

A groundbreaking ceremony was held at X112 in Riverfield Business Park South on 13 July 2026, marking the start of Bayer's new bespoke industrial facility.

Riverfield Business Park South is a partnership between KLD, Moolman Group and Abland Property Developers. The new facility is being developed for Bayer.

This milestone marks another important step in the continued growth of Riverfield Business Park South.
